From a very early age, Bob Lewis demonstrated an overactive imagination and a fascination with magic. Born and raised in Colorado, where he still resides, he spent his childhood writing stories and trying to break the laws of physics. Though his efforts on the latter were all fruitless, his interest in magic continued. A few years later, he began to actively study the art. He took in old books, studying the legacies of the great masters. Eventually, he began to work wonders of his own. He combines his magic with his other passions. He likes to write both fiction and nonfiction, play chess, cook, visit museums, and attend the theatre. Curious about everything the world and humankind have to offer, he spends much of his free time admiring the arts and sciences. To Bob, a successful day is one in which he can learn something, teach something, make someone smile, and make the world a little bit stranger.
